 一个基于python的，跨平台的DEB安装包查看器。
 可以在其他操作系统（如Windows）里查看deb包的内容并解包
 从一般角度看，这个工具没啥意义。但是能解决我工作中不少痛点。
 不支持重新打包，只能解包。
